FAQ's concerning COVID-19 (The Coronavirus)

Are masks required?

We do not require our patrons wear masks but if you feel more comfortable with them, you are welcome to wear them as you see fit. Keep in mind, it will only be your group in the room with you. Our game masters will wear them upon request.

Are the rooms clean?

We take your health very seriously. To ensure that we maintain a safe environment for our guests, our game masters thouroughly clean and disinfect our rooms following each session. We use a hospital grade sanitizer.

Do I need to worry about getting it from others in the room?

To mitigate this risk, we have temporarily changed our policy regarding bookings. Until the pandemic is over, we will not pair groups together in rooms.

Are we able to cancel our previously booked room?

We understand your concerns and while we would be unable to offer refunds, we will work with you and reschedule your booking for any time in the future. We can also exchange the amount paid towards a Great Escape gift card that can be used for any merchandise or future booking.
